Katee Flick - Controller

Katee Flick serves as Controller at Heritage, bringing more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and business leadership. She takes a practical, hands-on approach to building strong financial systems, improving processes, and helping teams make informed business decisions.

At Heritage, Katee oversees the company’s accounting and financial operations while working closely with leadership, project management, and operations. She focuses on connecting the financial side of the business with the day to day work that keeps Heritage moving forward.

Throughout her career, Katee has held accounting and finance leadership roles in manufacturing and automotive-related industries, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, project accounting, cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement. Her experience helping operate a family-owned business also gave her a strong understanding of how people, operations, and financial performance work together.

Katee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Flint.

Outside of work, Katee enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on her porch swing, attending live music events, traveling, sailing, and being outdoors.
